This book is an essential and beneficial addition to the shelf of any trainer, therapist or individual dealing with a tense situation or loss. Andrew Schwartz's Guided Imagery for Groups includes fifty scripts for relaxation. There are also comprehensive explanations of both relaxation and guided imagery basics and the role of a guided imagery facilitator is well explained. Andy Elby provides a really good set of problems and solutions for E&M. He shows you typical problems that your professor will ask you, explains what the problem wants you to do, and finally how to go about solving the problem. Helped me ace Physics 7B at Berkeley. Ideal source for those who look at a physics problem and don't know where to start. Especially with E and M, the correct problem solving path is not always obvious, since Electricity and Magnetism isn't something you can touch or visualize as easily ...

Customer Review: He explains the principles clearly but (3 Stars)
At times the font size for an equation appears to be about the half the font size of the other equations on the page. This happens sporadically in the book. Also, some of the labeling of the diagrams have an even SMALLER font size. This is annoying. Very annoying when you end up looking at the equation several times.
