This is a wonderful book for the parents of children just DX with Nonverbal Learning Disorder. It gives a clear and easy understanding of NLD. It is based on personal experiences also that are very helpful. The author helps you understand your own feelings and that of your child. It offered idea's on how to deal with the school system. Its a must read.

Customer Review: Insight Finally (5 Stars)
I have already bought three copies of this book to give to others (teachers and doctors) that deal with my son. My son also says this book describes many aspects of him much better than he could. It has opened my eyes and allowed us to begin to address the real issues, not just theories given by professionals.This is the best book I have ever read on the subject. For the first time I can distinguish between ADD and NVL.
