Customer Review: Too much hype, too little research (1 Stars)
Dr. Stordy is a nutritionist who bases her theories on very limited research. In many cases she bases her conclusions on anecdotal evidence, or (in one case) on research that she hoped to conduct but was prevented by the parents from giving some of the children placebos (thereby nullifying her double blind study). She included the results anyway, and found (as usual) that the results were "remarkable" and "incredible". Many of the studies had very few children taking part -in one case only 5. In spite of this limited research, she applies words like "proved" and "proven" to her theories. ...
